Easter is around the corner. Time for sweet treats, in this case not too chocolaty but still sweet, very sweet. This year I felt like decorating cup cakes.
I found the recipe for the vanilla cupcakes and the vanilla cream cheese frosting at Glorious Treats. Glory of Glorious Treats went a long way to find the perfect vanilla cupcake recipe so there was no need to start testing myself, her recipe is simply delicious. The same goes for her vanilla cream cheese frosting.
For the Easter feeling I decorated the cupcakes with small chocolate chunks for the Easter nest and added candied marzipan eggs.
